bio

KM Anderson is a multidisciplinary artist working with photography, collage, print and book forms. Her practice examines memory as a material process shaped by Black domestic life, migration, ephemera and the everyday architectures of belief, leisure and survival.

Drawing from family archives, vernacular print culture and tactile processes such as risograph, scanography and hand-assembled publications, Anderson constructs layered works that blur personal memory and collective history. Her work often engages with nostalgia as a site of resistance, preservation and re-imagination.
